Terms of Sale

1. Seller

These terms govern the sale of digital content offered in the game Wild Mates, published by GianFranco Spadaro, sole trader (French micro-entreprise), SIREN 107 359 713, 4 rue d'Athènes, 59200 Tourcoing, France — spadarogian@icloud.com.

2. Products

"Croquettes" are a virtual currency usable only inside the game to unlock cosmetic content (mascots, outfits). Croquettes and the items they unlock:

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included. VAT not applicable — art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI) (franchise en base). The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

4. Payment

Payment is made online through our provider Stripe. We neither collect nor store your card details. The order is confirmed once payment is approved.

5. Delivery

Croquettes are digital content delivered immediately: they are credited to your account as soon as payment is confirmed.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on an intangible medium where performance has begun with your prior express consent and your express waiver of that right.

By completing your purchase, you expressly request the immediate delivery of the Croquettes and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as they are credited. Consequently, Croquette purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once delivered.

7. Minors

Any purchase by a minor requires the prior authorization of the holder of parental authority, which is deemed obtained at the time of the order.

8. Customer service & complaints

For any complaint: spadarogian@icloud.com. In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of an unresolved dispute you may use a consumer mediator free of charge.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the competent courts.
